About
He started training away back in 1999, when he was still a little 9-year-old boy. As soon as he started his first martial arts lesson in Judo, he realized that he would have been involved in the world of Martial Arts until his last day on earth!
He started by practicing Judo until getting his brown belt and, after that, because of an injury to his knee, he stopped training for a couple of months. Once recovered, he decided to change club and join the M.A.B.A. (Martial Arts & Boxing Academy) under Sifu-Guro Salvatore Di Sirio (from AKEA and MARS Associations), the one who brought him up as an Instructor in JKD, Kali, Silat, Kick-Thai Boxing and MMA. His passion and dedication let Simone become a great Martial Artist and Instructor, with a strong mastery in these Arts.

Just before starting with Guro Salvatore, Simone was introduced to Wing Chun, a style of Kung Fu which has been the basis for Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do. Simone trained for five years under Sifu Paolo Travaglini (a CRCA instructor under Sifu Randy Williams) until getting a strong mastery, which would have been the basis to start JKD with Sifu Di Sirio, and now is affiliated as an instructor under sifu/guro Giovanni Candela - a full instructor under Guro Ron Balicki.

At the same time, he had the chance to start practicing Aikido, becoming a 1st Dan Black Belt and currently training under Sensei Simone Chierchini (5th Dan Aikikai).

What's more, he attended Kick-Thai Boxing and MMA classes at the club and competed in semi-full contact tournaments with good results, even though his current interests focus mainly on teaching all these arts and continuing developing his skills through hard training.

He has attended a lot of seminars of local and international masters, ranging from Kali to MMA.
He believes that "it’s only when a man can go outside the bounds set by his system that he excels" [Dan Inosanto, 1972]- that's why he will continue attending seminars of several styles and international masters in order to be a real martial artist and instructor, the one who stops the fight before starting it.
